About our store

WhimzyWatzItz offers custom embroidery, DTF printed apparel, hats, laser engraving, and personalized gifts. These terms explain the use of our website and purchase process, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping & Handling Policy.

Orders and custom project quotes

Available products can be ordered through checkout. Other projects may require a quote before purchase. A quote request does not place an order or reserve production time. The product page or written quote will identify the product, personalization, price, and production estimate.

Please provide accurate contact, shipping, and order information. If we cannot fulfill an order, discover a pricing or availability error, or need to change material terms, we will contact you before proceeding with the change and provide any refund required for an order we cannot fulfill.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store or written quote. Shipping, applicable taxes, and approved extras are additional unless expressly included. We will confirm charges for custom additions or rush work before you agree to them.

Personalization and proof approval

Check names, spelling, dates, size, color, quantities, placement, and artwork carefully before ordering or approving a proof. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you supply or approve. If we provide a proof, please review it and respond before production proceeds.

Additional pets on a product with that option are added to the same garment at the displayed variant price. A second garment is a separate purchase. Our refund policy explains cancellations and how we handle customer-approved errors versus errors made by us.

Artwork and photos you submit

Only submit artwork, logos, photos, or other content you have permission to use. You give us permission to use the submitted content as needed to prepare, produce, and fulfill your order. This does not give us permission to use a customer’s personal photos or order for public marketing without separate permission.

We may decline a project we cannot produce or that uses content unlawfully. If we decline a paid order before fulfillment, we will explain the reason and provide the applicable refund.

Product images and handmade variation

Read image captions and product descriptions. Concept images or AI-generated design previews are identified as such and are not photographs of completed products. Embroidery, print, engraving, placement, materials, and colors can have minor variations; screen colors may differ from physical materials. These variations do not excuse an item that is defective or materially different from the agreed order.

Production, shipping, and returns

Production and shipping times are separate. Event deadlines and rush options must be confirmed with us before purchase. See our shipping policy for delays and delivery concerns and our refund policy for cancellations, eligible returns, and damaged or incorrect items. Custom final-sale terms do not override rights under applicable law.

Website use

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or misuse other customers’ information. Store branding and original website content may not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law.

Payments, privacy, and third-party services

Our store uses Shopify and payment and shipping service providers to operate and fulfill orders. Their services may have their own terms. Our privacy policy describes how personal information is used. See our Payment Disputes & Chargebacks Policy for payment concerns.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future website use and orders and will show the updated date. Changes do not retroactively remove rights or materially change the terms of an order already accepted without any consent required by law.
